Randolph, Massachusetts – March 9, 2019.
U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce, formerly known as the Haitian American Business Expo, announced the opening of a new office in Randolph, MA. This new location strengthens the U.S. Haitian Chamber’s presence in the South Shore area and serves as a resource center for business owners and aspiring business owners.
To celebrate the opening of this new, strategically important office, last night, the U.S Haitian Chamber of Commerce held a private reception to officially open its door to the local business owners and community leaders.
“We are determined to bring the Haitian business ecosystem to the next level with trainings, workshops and technical assistance”, said Emmanuela Romain-Amedee, Community Development Coordinator at U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce.
“This is a great step forward for our community”, said Harold Marius, well-known community leader in Randolph.
“This organization is adding great value to the Haitian community and I am very proud to attend this private gathering”, said Dr. Rodelaire Octavius, owner of New York Dry Cleaners.
“I am very proud of the achievement of this great organization and look forward to collaborating with them to support the Haitian businesses in Brockton”, said Jean Bradley Derenoncourt, Brockton City Councilor At-Large.
“Even though we’re here to celebrate the grand opening of the new office, it’s really a celebration of our team members. In less than 3 years, the U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce formerly known as the Haitian American Business Expo has become the leading Haitian business association in Massachusetts. We now have over 350 listings on our business members’ directory platform in Massachusetts, and are the only tax-exempt and Haitian Chamber funded through Massachusetts FY19 state budget. We have good reason to celebrate.”, said Hans Patrick Domercant, President of U.S. Haitian Chamber of Commerce.
