Where is the 0 star rating? I don’t think any shipping company out there can be worse than marine express. They told me that the car would be in Haiti in less than a month, and then a month later they claim that they are having issues with the shipping company and two weeks later they come up with some lame excuse saying that the boat the shipping company provided was too small, they have to return it. I will drive my car to Brooklyn or New Jersey the next time.
This is the worst company ever. They charge $500.00 for two boxes going to Haiti since February, I still cannot have my boxes. They are not organize, no respect for customers. They don’t deserve even one star

I just shipped my 1999 diesel truck to Haiti and currently it is currently in Jacmel. It took them about a month to send it there. Marine Express has done a wonderful job. They were clear about expectations. But when my driver went to pick up the truck in Gonaives, the gas tank was dry and I left the tank 3/4 full at Falls River. So most likely, I had to buy my diesel gas TWICE, once in the U.S and second in Gonaives after it was taken out of my truck. Welcome to Haiti. LOL
